Porridge oats with water or soya milk + 1 tsp sugar (if required)
1 banana or glass of fruit juice
350ml egg whites

200gs of tuna, chicken or turkey
3-4 small new potatoes
Green tea
Meal three
200gs of lean red meat
50gs worth of long grain brown rice or wholemeal pasta
Mixed salad
Green tea
Meal four
200gs of tuna, chicken or turkey
2 oatcakes or one wholegrain tortilla wrap
Mixed Salad
Green Tea
Pre workout
20gs of whey protein powder
1 Banana
Caffeine supplement
Post Workout
40gs of whey protein
Glutamine supplement
Meal five
200gs of cooked fish
3-4 new potatoes
Mixed veg
Meal six
Casein protein (shake) or
150gs of chicken, turkey or tuna
This meal plan can be changed its just a basic lay out for how a cutting diet looks. So depending on what you like, what you can and cant eat other options are available just look around when you go shopping for a similar product that has roughly the same carb levels etc
Throughout the day i would advise to drink around 8-12 glasses of water it is a must to keep your body fully hydrated at all times.
